PEACE

PEACE
Peace means lack of violence and conflicts either between individuals, parties or nations and living free from fear of eruption of violence. The whole globe, nations and in every community, there should be peace as we share same needs despite our differences.
To create a peaceful Kenya and in our communities, society should be bond and keep our difference aside i.e race, tribe, religion etc then share love, leaders should work together and have no personal interests. Leading others for ones benefit will cause conflicts with others and cause a lot to happen in a country like poverty and war just like the Rwanda genocide in Rwanda in 1994 where approximately 1 million Rwandans were brutally killed.
Citizens opinions on matters affecting the country should be put into considerations no matter what their opinions are, they should be respected even when we don’t agree with them, recently the leader of the opposition leader in Kenya had requested the government to work on certain lop holes which had caused tragedies and loss of innocent Kenyans, his opinions were not put into consideration, we need to look the good qualities in people and not just their bad ones and practice democracy.
is high time leaders should stop dividing Kenyans by either: tribe, race or religion this is common in our country, our leaders are too tribal and this is what it led to post election violence in 2007 where more than a thousand Kenyans were killed and two hundred and fifty thousand displaced, it is a political crisis that left scars on Kenyans.
Responding to crime against humanity and having strategies on how to prevent them as both citizens and government officials should work together, just as the rule of law states; government, top officials and individuals are accountable under the law hence the victims of post election violence should get justice too as the suspects of the violence case is ongoing in international criminal court in Netherlands.
When there is peace, it’s hard to be divided, it’s hard to be shaken as we will be united and there will be development in the nation, investors will come and youths will be empowered and our economy will be stable. For change to occur it all begins with you. The most important thing that will help in having a peaceful Kenya would be living peacefully, by this I mean violence should not be used as away to solve problems we are having.
Government, NGO’s, Religious leaders, Youths and all stake holders should be fore front advocating for peace wherever they go, they should install in citizens the importance of living peaceful life, citizens and police force should work together to ban illegal sects like mungiki as they are living with us and we know them, by so doing we will live a happy life and we will be role models to other nations.
“Peace cannot be kept by force, it can only be achieved by understanding,” Albert Einstein once said.

What you need to know about Ebola (EBV)

Ebola Virus Disease is a disease caused by Ebola virus. The virus may be transmitted upon contact with with blood of an infected animal commonly monkeys and fruit bats.  Fruit bats are believed to carry and spread the virus without being affected. Once human infection occurs, the disease may spread between people as well.
Ebola first appeared in 1976 in 2 simultaneous outbreaks, in Nzara, Sudan, and in Yambuku, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Signs and symptoms

  • muscle pain
  • vomiting, diarrhea and rashes
  • impaired kidney and liver dis function
  • difficulty in breathing and swallowing
  • sore throats
  • lack of appetite
  • weakness
  • internal and external bleeding
It is not always possible to identify patients with EBV early because initial symptoms may be non-specific.

Currently there is Ebola outbreak in west Africa countries like Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Nigeria. 909 and cases and 485 deaths have been reported so far which includes health workers. There's no vaccine for Ebola so health officials have to stop the infection by isolating patients to prevent further transmission.
